Our Golf Course offers a qualified event coordinator to assist with your planning and ready to customize a package to meet your needs.
Many past organizers have little or no golfing experience and allow our professionals to lead them through the planning process with a series of pre-tournament sessions.
We are dedicated to helping you make your day a success and actively promote each tournament among members and across recreational leagues. With our wide network of contacts we are also in a position to assist you in securing financial sponsors.
Our comprehensive catering services ensure that your dining needs are met at a reasonable rate. Some tournament organizers have opted to supply their own food and food preparation volunteers which can significantly reduce participant fees and ensures that more of the revenue generated on tournament day returns to your charity.
Organizations who opt out of our catering services still enjoy the attentive services of our wait and bar staff.
As our way of saying thank you for booking with us we are pleased to offer:Complimentary Green Fee Vouchers:This bundle of vouchers can be distributed as prizes by your organization to participating teams. Registration Set-Up:Appropriate tables, chairs, and other equipment that you may need on tournament day will be provided for you by our club house. Please ensure that your needs are clealy outlined during pre-tournament meetings and advise the club house of changes 24 hours before your scheduled tournament. Sponsor SignageFrequently tournaments arrange for sponsor recognition signs that are placed at various tees. Our staff is happy to place these signs for you in accordance with your instructions. Please ensure that the signs are delivered to the course well in advance of the tournament and advise us as to which tee boxes or greens you require the signs to be placed. Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and On-Course Games SignageBancroft Golf Course maintains a supply of Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive markers and we would be happy to provide these for you in accordance with your instructions as to the type of marker and where they need to be placed.
